By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which, together with our privacy policy, govern NC Handy Pros’ relationship with you in relation to our handyman and remodeling services. Acceptance of Agreement
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This agreement represents the entire and only agreement between you and NC Handy Pros, and it supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings regarding our services.

Description of Services
NC Handy Pros provides handyman services, home remodeling, repairs, renovations, and related consultation services.

Use of Services
Our services are intended for residential and commercial property improvements. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to ensure your use of our services does not interfere with or negatively impact our ability to serve other clients.

Payment and Refund Policy
As outlined in the Service Agreement, a deposit may be required to begin work on any project. Payment schedules, amounts, and due dates will be specified in the agreement. Additional charges may apply for changes to the project scope requested by the client. Refund policies are detailed in the Service Agreement and may vary depending on the stage of the project and work completed.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must fulfill all initial and ongoing requirements as stated in the Service Agreement. This may include providing necessary permits, approvals, access to the property, and timely communication to avoid delays. Failure to meet these requirements may result in service delays or additional costs.

Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, and plans created by NC Handy Pros during the course of providing services remain the property of NC Handy Pros unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials solely for the services provided. Ownership of custom designs may be transferred upon full payment and project completion, as outlined in the Service Agreement.
